RANGE LOCATIONS
INDOOR RANGE
The indoor range is in the main sports hall at The Lasswade Centre, shooting at 20 yards only. The centre provides an excellent, well lit archery range, with space for nine bosses during practice sessions, and up to thirteen bosses when running competitions. There is ample free car parking and toilet facilities.

OUTDOOR RANGE
The outdoor range is at Grove Farm, off the B704 between Bonnyrigg and Newtongrange - take the signposted turn to Dalhousie Castle Hotel and continue straight on up the farm track rather than following the road round to the hotel. Please respect the privacy of the residents at Grove Farm and do not enter any areas apart from the shooting range.
The outdoor range has space for up to 7 bosses, and we can shoot at distances up to 90m. Note that it is a steep walk downhill to the field, but a small number of cars can be accommodated in the field itself for members with limited mobility - otherwise, there is a parking area at the top (please park responsibly and do not block the gate or the road). Toilet facilities are available and tea/coffee are provided.
The nearest bus stops are Cockpen Road in Bonnyrigg or Newtonloan Toll to the south of Newtongrange, both a 20-25 minute walk away, and bus routes include the X95 Borders Buses and the 31 Lothian Buses.
